Products pre-ordered in any Bikes and Beyond retail showrooms or maybe ordered in from the supplier or from another Bikes and Beyond location. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.

In order to seek a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act, We may need to collect and share your personal information for the purpose of conducting a repair with a third party repair provider or supplier. Personal information may include:
