+ Align rear derailleur hanger
+ Lubricate chain and wipe
+ Tension gear cable and adjust limit screw
Brakes:
+ Adjust brake pads calliper and return spring

+ Check tyres for wear
+ Inflate tyres to correct pressure

Bearings:
+ Check axle bearings for adjustment and wear
+ Check bottom bracket for adjustment and wear
+Check headset for adjustment and wear

Drivetrain:
+ Remove/degrease cranks, chain, cassette and derailleurs
+ Re-lubricate all parts as required
Gears:
